Once booked, we send a confirmation with arrival details and space requirements so your class is ready to go. On the day our facilitator arrives early, sets up, runs the session and packs everything away.

Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. We don't supply follow-up resources, but every program page lists the curriculum content descriptions the session covers, so you can see exactly where it fits in your unit and plan your own next lesson around it.

Let us know in your enquiry. Our facilitators are experienced working with students who have ASD, ADHD, sensory needs and EAL backgrounds, and we can adapt pacing, grouping and materials accordingly.

Cancellations more than 14 days out incur no fee. Within 14 days a 25% fee applies; within 48 hours the full fee applies. We're flexible for genuine emergencies — call us.

Yes — you'll receive the session's own lesson plan as part of your booking, so your curriculum coordinator can see exactly what's covered and how. What we don't provide is follow-up lesson plans or take-home resources for before or after the visit; every program page lists the Victorian Curriculum v2.0 content descriptions it addresses so you can plan your own next lesson around it.

Yes. We regularly run combined classes (e.g. Year 3/4). Tell us your year range in the enquiry and we'll pitch and pace accordingly.

Programs are priced per session, covering facilitator delivery, all materials and all consumables. There are no per-student fees. A minimum number of sessions applies to each booking, and our booking form shows current pricing and the minimum. Regional bookings may include a travel surcharge, which we'll confirm with you.

We cover metropolitan Melbourne with no travel fee. Regional Victoria is available — a travel surcharge applies based on distance and we'll confirm it in your quote.

We recommend booking at least four weeks ahead, especially for Term 3 and Term 4. We can often accommodate shorter notice — call us if you have a date in mind.
